What exactly is "homosex"? And when I read "hellivision," I knew immediately that this post was from RR.
Yes, the government is supposed to establish laws and enforce them, but if a law established by the people is found to be unconstitutional, then the law is abolished. If they weren't, then we'd still have separate water fountains & restrooms for white and black people.
But I really wonder what they care about homosexuality anyway? I mean, they think all the evil gays will be left here on earth when the wooshfest happens any day now. Plus they seem to hate the world and what everyone else does, so why not just look forward to the rapture and forget what others are doing? Sitting around hating the world waiting to fly up to heaven is a pitiful existence, but that's a problem they need to work out.

Perhaps you're unaware that sodomy, among other things, was illegal in various places in the U.S. for quite some time. I believe it's still "on the books" in some areas. You'll also note, no doubt, that almost never was anyone charged with such a thing and when they were there's likely only a handful of times where it stuck.
