Do we all agree that a police officer is allowed to make arrest? (simple question, simple answer) I've always wanted to be a phrophet and I think I've just had a vision. Yes, a cop is allowed to make an arrest, provided the action is illegal.

We ARE assuming that we're using arrest as "to put a stop to an activity and detain the person(s) supposedly responsible", right?

And really, what the Hell DOES this have to do with anything? I basically just answered so I could say "I answered, bitch, did you have a vision about that?"
