Quote# 77

T Rex's gum depth was unstutible for ripping tough flesh.
He was probably a floor scavenging vegetarian, using his small arms to grasp pumpkin like fruits.

I feel like something this stupid needs commentary, but I can't think of anything which would actually make this quote funnier.

You claim is impossible to verify since soft tissue like gums don't fossilize, but we know that Tyranosaurs had, knife like huge teeth.

Nope, T-Rex was a predator. I've got the evidence right here:

Thus we can see that T-Rexs were mostly predators, except when they had to escape the golly-gosh-darned scurvy.

T. rex may have been a scavenger more than a true predator (if certain theories about its metabolism are correct, because it would not have had the necessary speed to catch most prey), but there is NO WAY it would have been so lame as to be nothing but a freakin' pumpkin predator!

I'm sure Mr. T (rex) could reach alllll the way to the ground with his tiny hands.

Pumpkin-like fruits, the small variety being indistinguishable from "Nasa's" head.

Totally off the subject but did these "pumpkin like" fruits evolve into actual pumpkins?

I- don't think that's even anatomically possible for a T-Rex. Could its arms even reach its mouth, or the ground?

Why do arms need to be small to grasp pumpkin like fruits? Wouldn't longer arms make it easier to be a floor scavenging vegetarian?

Yes, please use nonexistent soft-tissue evidence to argue for a skeletal impossibility. That's how paleontological functional anatomy works.
