Quote# 77829

This is in reply to the illogical rantings of coy-oat kenn:

“There is no actual proof of creation”. Really? Try reading a genetics book sometime (other than your precious Origin of Species – wheich never once mentioned the O of S). Creation science is one of the most rock-hard, bullit-proof models that exist today. Hundreds of thousands of experimental evidences point to its credit over the last 100 years with more and more evidensed each day. Creation science will (thankfully) continue to prove your ignorance for decades to come. Unfortunately, people of reason and science need to continue fighting against ignorant, unevolved darwinian robots like yourself.
It never ceases to amaze me that we ARE STILL debating the Scopes Monkey Trial in the 21st. century. Enjoy your darwinian fairy tales. But keep them to yourself. Secular fundies like you censor extra-biblical models of origins in our taxpayer-paid public schools. It is sad that children are taught they came from hydrogen.

This must be a Poe, or I want my money back on my irony meter!

Delicious irony.

“Hundreds of thousands of experimental evidences point to its credit over the last 100 years”

Then it shouldn’t be too hard for you to name just one, shouldn’t it?

12/5/2010 10:40:29 AM

Interesting. Tell you what windarr, you go look up what is actually meant by evidence. Then go back to your "hundreds of thousands of experimental evidences". Compare what you have with what you have found out about evidence. Let me know if you still have hundreds of thousands.

Huh?
What did windarr just barf up?
It looks like word salad with too much non-sequitur dressing.

I'd also like to know what he means by "genetics book " as creationist don't do science, just lie about it

Berny

I do so love reading a misspelled, uneducated rant about creationism calling someone else ignorant.

12/5/2010 11:27:48 AM

Dude. Saying that you are an idiot would be stating the obvious. It doesn't matter if i put evidence before you, you would disregard it and keep throwing tantrums like the big baby you are. I recommend you to shove your genitals to a wood chipper. At least it would be extremely amusing.

LAchlan

You come from hydrogen too, although possibly you're just a big bundle of stupid.

Even without having read the original discussion I call Troll. That it got posted here is a clear example of Poe's law.

EDIT
No, I was wrong. It was a Creationist 'Fixed it for you.'
I won't be so Sophomoric as to make a parody of a parody. I admit I did laugh. Just not where the poster wanted me to.

I've read Genesis many a time, but nothing in any book of the Bible is proof of creation.

P.S. You patently know next to nothing about the Scopes trial.

Learn grammer and spelling first. THEN we'll talk about big boy topics like science.

>>Try reading a genetics book sometime (other than your precious Origin of Species – wheich never once mentioned the O of S).<<

I have. windarr is obviously a poe, or has not read Darwin. The full title of "On The Origin of Species" goes like this: "On the Origin of Species by Means of Natural Selection, or the Preservation of Favoured Races in the Struggle for Life." That is a nice one-sentence summary of evolutionary biology (perhaps windarr does not realize that the meaning of 'race' was different in the 1850's).

As to "It is sad that children are taught they came from hydrogen" - well, we did. That is the way the universe works. There is no point in feeling sad about it. If it helps, consider Carl Sagan's phrasing: "We are all starstuff".

John

How can there be proof of creation when no one has been able to prove the existence of a creator despite 2,500 years of trying?

12/5/2010 12:55:39 PM

Some guy

This has poe written all over it

"It is sad that children are taught they came from hydrogen."

Great. Now the fundies are attacking chemical elements. Next they'll be screaming about the Tungsten agenda and banning vanadium from the military.

GodotIsWaiting4U

Hundreds of thousands of experiments, eh?

Name one.

Exactly, now shut up and sit down.

Where does creation science stand on spelling?

"... fighting against ignorant, UNEVOLVED darwinian robots like yourself.'' he is against evolution, but still uses the word unevolved... which is like spitting while the wind is going against you, ur getting it back...

You don't have to worry about Steve McQueen, windy, he's gone.

This is one of the more articulate arguments I've read from an anti-science crusader. It's all bullshit assertions of course, but still . . .

".... bullit-proof models that exist today"
".....years with more and more evidensed each day."

OMGs, what a convincing paragraph, you are right, creationism is "bullit" proof and there is plenty of "evidense" for it. Why did I not see......Oh, wait, you are a moron. Learn to spell properly before you try and argue incoherently.

speaking of evidence, name one.
I do not know what school you went to, but I was not taught that we came from hydrogen.
Origin of Species was not a genetic book. Actually, not much of genetics was known in Darwin's time. Yet, oddly, genetics support the ToE.

Doubting Thomas

Creation science will (thankfully) continue to prove your ignorance for decades to come.

The only ones it will prove ignorance for are the so-called creation scientists.

Really, what has "creation science" ever produced in the way of furthering scientific knowledge? All it ever consists of is either wacko unsubstantiated claims about the origins of life or attacks on evolution.
