Quote# 78163

[Re. a black man, William Evans, who successfully sued a tobacco company in a wrongful death suit after his mother died of lung cancer in 2002; the company gave free packs of Newports to her, and other children, when she was 9 years old.]

The shysters get 70% PLUS expenses. Evans will spend the rest on crack, ho's, forties, Glocks, rims, and the 'yak until one of his homeys offs him for the rest of it.

The mother will still be just as dead and blacks will continue blaming everyone else for their problems and voting for Democrats to enslave them.

Nothing changes.

Here's hoping this guy gets his mouth rearranged so we can all laugh him.

Doubting Thomas

How the hell do you even factor racism in when it's such a clear cut case of tobacco companies targeting children? Seems that white racists just can't stand to see a black man with money.

Massive negative stereotyping for the lose.

12/21/2010 7:32:13 AM

How pathetic

12/21/2010 8:11:10 AM

No, they're not racist on Moonbattery, not at all ...

12/21/2010 9:21:15 AM

aaa

Stupid stereotyping done by some kid who still lacks vital brain components. Nothing special.

What the hell is "the 'yak?" Never mind, I probably don't want to know.

12/21/2010 1:30:18 PM

How many stereotypical black words can you fit into one post?

Help me, help me, help me count!
One, two three...

Right, because whites never sue over stuff like this, and they certainly have never blown their settlement money on things like drugs, prostitutes, and frivilous material items.

Jerk.

However, if she hadn't taken them to court, you'd say that Blacks are more likely to smoke and to die from cancer than whites. Talk about double standards

Will someone PLEASE explain how blacks voting for democrats = enslavement?

12/22/2010 6:37:45 PM

Reverend Jeremiah

'yak = Congnac. As in the brandy. Used by hip-hop / rap artists.

You certainly don't.

Hail the Amberlamps. If I know my interwebz (and i do) I believe this to be a poe. Although Moonbattery does seem to shed some doubt on this hypothesis.

Moonbat is a term used to left-wing nutjobs, in the same manner as wingnut is used for right-wing nutjobs. However, on moonbattery, anybody left of John McCain is considered a moonbat...

Uh, that happened back in the fucking 50's, you know, BEFORE we had all the science telling us that cigarettes cause cancer. Besides, it was her CHOICE to smoke, and therefore NOT a liability for the tobacco company that ALLEGEDLY handed her a free pack.

Yes, I am a smoker. Yes, I CHOOSE to smoke, despite knowing the risks. It's time for the rest of the "victims" of Big Tobacco to MAN THE FUCK UP and own their choices, instead of pointing fingers.

"Uh, that happened back in the fucking 50's, you know, BEFORE we had all the science telling us that cigarettes cause cancer."
Actually there were several studies done in at least 1950 demonstrating a link between cigarettes and lung cancer. For example:
http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC2038856/?tool=pubmed

"Besides, it was her CHOICE to smoke, and therefore NOT a liability for the tobacco company..."
A 9 year old can make adult choices now? A 9 year old can read scientific journals about cigarettes being carcinogens? That they gave her a free pack to get her hooked shows that it was a liability.

"..that ALLEGEDLY handed her a free pack."
Determined in court that they did, in fact, hand out free packs to children. WMDKitty, please get the facts straight before you run your mouth. It's great that you admit you're dumb enough to smoke while knowing full-well what cigarettes will do to you now, but I'm pretty sure you weren't given the option at 9 years old.

No doubt he'll buy a car with a glove compartment big enough for his watermelons as well.
See, I can do idiotic stereotypes just as well as you.
