You tell them it's good/okay to verbally abuse people for being homosexual ,then tell them that there are those that can help them if they are?
'You're a horrible, immoral sinner...but I just want to help you!'.
I'm gonna let you in on a secret.
Abusive and bigoted behavior doesn't help anyone.

Feel the Xtian love right there. Let those true colors fly.

"bashing" of homosexuals
This is just another term for Sunday service, right?
people the OT refers to as "worthless."
If you're a Christian, you do not have to follow the Old Testament. That's only for Jews. Unless the OT supports your bigotry...
12/22/2010 1:53:20 PM
Your statements regarding the immoral state of the world is spot on, but to call for a halt to the "bashing" of shellfish eaters is incorrect. You are speaking rather favorably of food the OT refers to as "an abomination." I'm deeply embarassed for you. It's time for you to study the Bible and learn from it so you will not be placing any further stumbling blocks in front of people. And, I should add, if you are struggling with your own shellfish eating, there are those who would help you in your battle.
12/22/2010 1:59:22 PM
Stupid question: when has the world not been in a so-called "immoral state"?
12/22/2010 2:09:01 PM
The bible also calls the disabled "worthless"...
12/22/2010 2:35:10 PM
If you're going to bash homosexuals, then you should also bash people who refuse to sell their daughters, people who eat shrimp, people who wear two different types of fabric, people who cook meat and milk in the same dishes, people who refuse to murder their disobedient children, women who defend their husband in a fight, and people who work on Saturday. And probably more that I can't recall right now. Do you? Then STFU, you hypocrite.
12/22/2010 2:37:01 PM
So Anonymous, you are prepared to accept all the other abominations in Leviticus are still valid?
And don't give me the sophistry of 'nailed to the cross' when it's your arse that's being nailed to the floor.
12/22/2010 2:46:17 PM
I thought the Bible says we're all worthless.
12/22/2010 2:56:08 PM
Yes there are those that will help you in that battle. They tell you to love who you are and come out of the closet. Pretty much ALL unbelievers in the OT are slaughtered and considered worthless. But I give you credit where it is due. At least you don't hide your colours
12/22/2010 3:02:14 PM
Yeah, and those troglodytes that wrote that scam instruction manual would stone you to death if they saw you use a TV remote. What was your point again?
12/22/2010 3:10:43 PM
You really should take your own advice and study the bible. You really need to learn that homosexuality really wasn't that big a deal, and was basically on the same par as working on the Sabbath or eating shellfish.
As far as "worthless," I thought God loved everyone? Or are we stumbling into "God hates fags" territory?
12/22/2010 3:22:47 PM
And all this time I thought dispensationalists didn't take the OT to heart...Apparently it's ok to quote the OT when there is some queer bashing to be had.
12/22/2010 3:50:46 PM
And I'm deeply embarrassed for you in basing your moral guild lines on a 2000 year old book, that also tells you to stone the disobedient teenager and the Walmart Worker who works on Sunday.
12/22/2010 4:23:08 PM
To quote a song from gay icon and LGBT-rights activist Cyndi Lauper:
I see your true colors, shining through...
12/22/2010 4:24:19 PM
Wow, Anonymous, you're right! There's totally a passage of the Bible that says "Violence is wrong, unless they're homos, then go for it."
Though I am not a Christian, I see it as a religion with it's fundamental element being love. It preaches charity, tolerance and goodwill among other virtues that are generally accepted to be good. But Anonymous have somehow found a reason for prejudice in all that. Anonymous is a Christian in name only because he or she values prejudice and hatred far more than true Christian love. It's sad and disgusting.
12/22/2010 6:04:44 PM
For ALL have fallen short of the Glory of God.
12/22/2010 6:26:06 PM
There are worse sins in the world than homosexuality. People dying of starvation in Africa and Asia, wars and plagues, and the indifference of sanctimonious assholes to their problems is the biggest.
On a ranking of the worst things in the world, homosexuality doesn't even make the list.
I guess that's what you get when you get your morality from a two to three thousand year old book of Middle Eastern bullshit.
12/22/2010 6:27:29 PM
Let's see here, have you ever:
Touched a football or had pork?
Gotten a tattoo?
Worn some clothes made with more than one kind of fiber?
Worn a gold ring, or necklace?
Eaten shrimp, lobster, clams, oysters, crab or other kind of shellfish?
If so then your a sinner as well, your Holy Book bans them and your according to it your wicked as well.
12/22/2010 6:46:00 PM
You are speaking rather favorably of people the OT refers to as "worthless."
It says lying with a man as with a woman is an "abomination". So is eating shrimp. Homosexuality is about on par with adultery and striking your parents.
12/22/2010 6:59:28 PM
The bible only even mentions homosexuality a handful of times, and only in the old testament. There are, according to your religion mind you, MUCH graver sins that run themes through both testaments. Now kindly fuck off.
12/22/2010 8:31:06 PM
That's funny, because when I was a xtian, and I read the babble, especially what jesus supposedly said, I got the feeling like he was for forgiveness and understanding for all. Well, except for religious zealots.
12/22/2010 9:13:38 PM
If the world is immoral, it is only because of despicable examples of 'humanity' like yourself. You who would tote around a two-thousand year old book of myths and use it to oppress people and deny them happiness while professing to help them. People are not worthless, delusions are worthless.
12/22/2010 10:22:35 PM
12/22/2010 10:57:51 PM
But... but... I thought the Old Testament didn't matter anymore now that Jesus died on the cross? Or are you just in it to have a license to hate people for being different?
