Suddenly, just as the Obama-led campaign to foist the radical homosexual agenda on the U.S. armed forces is reaching its denouement, the American people are getting a taste of forced intimacy - and they don't like it. In airports around the country, they are being subjected to intrusions on their personal space by people and machines of the Transportation Security Administration (TSA).

Team Obama's line is that "most" in uniform think there will be no problem, or at least "mixed" good and bad repercussions. But if even an estimated 10 percent choose to leave the service - let alone 40 percent of Marines, who, according to the leakers, think repeal will cause problems - the effect will be traumatic, possibly devastating, for the U.S. armed forces. If tens of thousands choose not to submit and "vote with their feet," as the chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, Adm. Mike Mullen, has called on them to do, it may become impossible to rely only on volunteers to staff our military.

In that case, a vote for repeal of the 1993 law barring homosexuals from the military amounts to a vote for reinstating the draft.

DADT does not ban homosexuals from serving, only making reference to their homosexuality. Gay service members will not be forcing intimacy on anyone any more than heterosexuals, and likely much less. there is much more heterosexual assault than there ever has been homosexual assault.

I'm no expert on this, but last I heard, a study BY THE MILITARY showed that for the most part, the army had no problem repealing DADT, so excuse me if I don't exactly take your word. Oh, but I forget! It's also a part of the evil gay communist muslim atheist plan, am I right?

Most of the military, according to a study conducted by the military itself, has no problem with people being openly gay in the military. And gay people won't be allowed to grope or sexually harass other servicemembers any more than heterosexual sexual harassment is tolerated. And from my personal experience in the military, that is zero. But if allowing gay servicemembers to be open about it means that all the bigots and homophobes will leave the military, this can only be a good thing. Most of them are the evangelical fundie Christian types who have turned the military into recruiting grounds for Jesus. Or, on the other hand, they might stay in because they feel it's their duty to "save" the evil gheys from their life of sin.

Oh and DADT didn't bar gays from serving, it allowed them to serve as long as they hid their sexuality. Previous to 1993 gays weren't allowed in at all, though some of them obviously did.

Re-instating the draft would follow shortly behind, if, indeed, "40 percent" of the military walked out because of the repeal of DADT.
Of course, draftees would mean that not just the poor and unemployed would fill the ranks of the military, but the sons and daughters of all.
That would have given Chimpy McCokespoon pause when launching wars of agression, ie Iraq. Bring on the motherfuckin' draft!

And the number who will actually leave? Closer to 0%. When the US military began mixing blacks and whites in WW2, a bunch of career-military white guys said the same thing: "I'm getting out as soon as I can." And you know what? They didn't. They were just whiners who thought they could derail things with their threats and whining. Besides, gays have worked openly in private industry for decades, so what good would leaving the military for private industry do?

Nice well-lubricated slippery slope you have there. I'm not sure what your logic is. Mind you, as soon as the USA stops fucking around in countries they have no business being in you can reduce the size (and expense) of your military.

What is the TSA non-sequiteur about? And where does the 40% of Marines leaving the service number come from?

Out of interest, why is this going to be a problem for the US armed forces when it hasn't been for all the other armed forces of the world who do allow gay personnel? I can think of two possible answers. First, there wont be any significant problems and it's all in the minds of repressed, puritan fucktards. Second, there will be a problem because the US military is staffed largely with repressed, puritan fucktards.
