Let me type this recap slowly for you: NO LAW ... prohibiting the free exercise of religion.

Basic law fail. You cannot "illegally" grant something protection under the Constitution. If a religion, such as Islam, is protected under the Constitution, then it is legally protected. Your logic is giving me a headache.

Speaking of Headache, let me preempt him and point out that the vast majority of Americans understand why the OP's logic is seriously flawed. I am an American, and I am aware of how the Constitution of my county works, and what the word illegal means. I wonder what his response to this will be?
