According to some fundies, when the Bible says "Leviathan" (as in "Leviathon is a spirit I have battled as well"), what it actually means is Ichthyosaurus or something similar. And there's something else that supposedly describes a brontosaurus.

Uhh, no, it's been disproved several times.
Sedimentation, volcanos blowing up, drifting of landmasses is why you find sea fossils on tops of mountains, not some fairy tale about a flood.
And you are lying, the bible does NOT 'speak of dinosaurs'. Religions has been saying dino fossils are a hoax for centuries.

Let me guess, you're one of those who say that the word "stretched" in Isaiah 45:12 is somehow evidence that the authors of the Bible know that we live in an expanding universe? Behemoth and Leviathan were not dinosaurs. They were mythical monsters. Calling them dinosaurs is as intellectually dishonest as calling Fenrir or Grendel dinosaurs.

The Bible speaks, if you're going to admit that it does at all (which I don't), about one dinosaur. Once. That bit about the "tail like a cedar" you keep banging on about. Where does it make mention of the bambiraptor or pterodactyl? The Compsognathus, which looked a bit like the raptors out of Jurassic Park, only the size of a chicken? Where, essentially, are the people running in terror from packs of insanely well-adapted killing machines which are all teeth and scales?

Hydrological sorting lays down elements from most dense to least dense, making layers. The layers we can see when we dig are not arranged from most dense to least dense. Therefore we can conclude quite easily that a global flood did not occur.

If religion has all the scientific answers, why did people have such backwards beliefs in the Dark Ages when religion was running everything? And why did it take the Catholic church so long to finally admit that Galileo was right and the earth isn't the center of the universe?
Oh and book, chapter, and verse on the "dinosaurs mentioned in the bible" claim. And the "behemoth" verses don't count.
