I love how he equates marriage with white people there. Considering how badly Anglos fucked up Africa and Asia*, I don't think they have the right to call themselves better.
* I don't mean the current Anglos, of course. People in the modern generations had nothing to do with the atrocities of their ancestors. However, I do find it infuriating that the European countries were allowed to wreck entire continents and get NO comeuppance... they aren't even their own continent; they just are under the illusion that the Ural Mountains and the Black Sea make up a continental boundary because they have delusions of grandeur and for some reason do not wish to be associated with Asians, who are just as good people as themselves, in any way... It doesn't seem fair that Africa is one big hellhole from beginning to end while Europe, the reason for Africa's misery, consists mostly of First World countries. It would be more fitting were it the reverse (though that still would not be desirable). So when will all you arrogant Europeans start cancelling the debts foreign countries owe you, boot out the warlords, and fix the menace that you yourselves caused?
Sorry for the rambling; these are just my thoughts.
