Laws against fornication or adultery are unenforcable and worthless. There's no victim, so why should there be a crime? And guess what? I'm also against seatbelt laws, though I always wear a seatbelt. The rest of those crimes are not victimless, so it's right they should stay on the books.

It is best for society to believe the Scriptures in its opposition to this abominable lifestyle.

And the last time I checked, there were no laws against adultery or fornication. People are free to fuck whomever, and whenever, they wish. There are legal implications if you happen to be married to someone else, like divorce, but you won't go to jail.
What you are in favour of criminalizing is private behaviour between consenting adults (notice those words: consenting adults), and no free society should ever condemn that using some broken down ancient and irrelevant religious code.

We know this because God is neither acting against homosexuals nor the homosexual acts that they perform. This is because of the pure delight homosexuality gives Him. This further proves that fundies do not communicate with God otherwise they'd know perfectly well of His deep affection for homosexuality.
So dim wits like Art Kohl are so far off the beaten track when it comes to doing what God wants that they should be immediately ignored, although they can be listened to and laughed at purely for entertainment.
