[Commenting on the plot of a Law and Order
episode in which a car bomb kills the husband of an incapacitated woman shortly before the victim planned to disconnect her feeding tube.]
No surprise here. Which show was that, The Practice, that had the mother sue the city because her son got a head injury playing soccer? That was the epitome of liberalism, when the writers of the script give the mother the win in the case, because the evil city let children play soccer. TV networks like to jam their opinions into their crappy drama TV shows, now that they have lost the news monopoly.
At the same time, I sheepishly admit that I probably would smirk a little if Michael Schaivo and that damned Lawyer were blown to the depths of hades by a car bomb.

You sure? It'd be a tall order to out-bigot DoctorDoom.

Does everything have to be an agenda/biased? Can't we just have entertainment anymore? It was a fun show to watch. That's it.
And then your dumbass goes and admits that you'd like it if someone did bomb their car? Now you've got no right to complain, since you're showing that those 'librul' writers WERE RIGHT!

Hades? That's not very Christian.

And maybe Hades will remove the helm that makes him invisible, lay down his two-pronged fork, and send Michael Schiavo to the elysian fields. (everyone knows laywers can't go there ;-))

So what did Terri Schiavo do to deserve being trapped in a prison of a body, with enough brain function to keep her automatic functions running, but nothing more? The woman was dead, for all intents and purposes. All you were doing was prolonging the process. Whatever Michael's reasons for letting her die, at let her be at peace, as opposed to letting her decay in a hospital room. He let her have at least some dignity.
