Wow, reading that thread is a clusterf%ck of ideas. Nearly everyone seems mostly fine, but drich seems to be on a complete different wave length and comes completely out of left field and proceeds to confuse everyone.
The problem seems to be that drich equals Christianity with perfection, and all other religions as terrible sinful whatever so for him the analogy holds true, but is useless to everyone else. Amusingly another member steps in and agrees with drich but is then shot down by a lot of other members. Looks like the Christians are trying to limit their own fundys.

Parents can use drich0150 as a warning to their young children of the kind of gullible fool that has been driven loco by an infection of religion. Being infected by religious stupidity is pretty debilitating, one looses ones marbles and will be unable to act morally and ethically. The poor sufferer is, in almost all cases, better kept in isolation, as the disease can be highly contagious. Luckily, some members of the population seem to be largely immune to its virulence.

Liars site and MediaMatters and I've seen far too many statements from their Preachers, media heroes and politicians that are just as batshit as this.
Church attendance has been on the decline in America for years, hopefully it's mainly within these type of Fundie sects where it's really losing out.

Oh, this logic is actually quite easy to explain.
Newbie Christians are likened to children in the Bible because they're new and inexperienced in the ways of the religion.
Doing anything with other religions is seen as spiritual fornication/adultery.
Therefore, newbie Christians checking out other religions = children having sex with adults.
