Ok, they guy is stupid, but I have to be fair here. That article was written as part of a \"Battle Royale\" in which two columnists are given a topic and they have to write opposing sides of it. He may or may not beleive it, but we don't need to assume that he does. He got a lot of flak for it here.
I know all this because he goes to my school, Texas Tech, and writes for the paper here. You should see some of his stuff from yesterday: The attack on christmas. lol

He could have said that a woman can't do serious business with many middle eastern leaders. It is a real drawback (though in my opinion not an important one, since diplomatic, military and economic pressures handle foreign relations). Anyone can push an argument if they're not bound by truth.

Women can, on average, stay concentrated for far longer than man, can bear much more physical pain and actually make things work while men fool around. And this country was led (...) for eight years by a man who got strangled by pastry.
