Then asks if his counterpart would drop his religion if one portion of it was proved false, which is funny and ironic for obvious reasons. Then says Muslims can't call people out for sinning because they don't know what sin is despite clearly calling someone out on it... and finishes by commenting on hats that have less than nothing to do with their faith.
Read out loud it sounds like a string of arguments the speaker realizes fails midsentence followed by a non-sequitor.

I wonder where the "pagan moon god" business came from, beyond Chick Tracts. Muslims revere the same prophets and same stories as Judaism. My even regard Jesus of Nazareth as a prophet conceived miraculously and capable of miracles ... they just don't by the "son of God" or "Holy Trinity" bits.
Unfortunately, in Fundieland whatever some miseducated preacher says is true. Muslims worship a moon god, Catholics worship Semiramis, and Harry Potter turns people into witches. Sure, Fundies sin but even rape and murder are no big deal as long as you tell Sky Daddy you're sorry. (Don't they always say only their god keeps them from committing rape, plunder, and murder?) Non-Fundies go straight to Hell, naturally, because they don't have a personal relationship with Fundie Jeezus.
And fezzes are cool. (Fez? WTF?)

How awkward for we sinning atheists when faced with foolproof truisms such as Tom's fierce declaration of the non-existence of Allah the pagan moon god, as opposed, presumably, to the existence of Bible God the well-known cloud lounger. What an extraordinarily powerful evangelical warrior for God's mighty army is Tom. It is very difficult for mere atheists to hold their own in an argument when faced with powerful theological scholarship like Tom's. You just know that you're on to a loser, because if you disagree with him he'll show you evidence for God's existence, er perhaps, er ... well perhaps not.

I do not know anything about Rashid, so I do not know how he would react to being shown a false teaching of Mohammed (of which there are many, of course). If he is a fundamentalist Muslim, then of course he would not listen to you. If he is not, then he might renounce Islam, assuming that you bring up a tangible fact and not a theological question, but that would not mean that he would convert to Christianity, as you would still have done nothing to prove the divinity of Jesus. You know this; after all, you do not think that an atheist would convert to Islam after you "prove" to them that atheism is false.
You have no standing to condemn evil acts. Good or evil can only exist if there is a Moral Prescriber Who determines what is good or evil. You have none.
The same reasons atheists give to disprove this statement can be used here. This is of course ignoring the fact that Rashid DOES believe in a god who proscribes morality.

He's under the impression that atheists shout their views non-stop and can't go five seconds without threatening to imprison people when their views are challenged. To be fair, the original news article that Abu cites does not say anything about the rapist being a Christian or a church counselor (no hint of any religious reference is given in the article). It appears as if Abu inserted his own false information to the thread in an effort to rile up the Christians on that board, and apparently he succeeded.
