I had many PM's with Allan, and I have to say he was a very considerate, kind and intelligent person. I will miss him, and my condolences to his family and closest friends. I wished that he had received the help he needed sooner.

Allan, buddy, I hope that you didn't die in vain. What am I talking about? Look at how many lives you have touched here, Christian or non-Christian. I'm proud to have known WinAce for as long as I did.
Jessica I hope that you will feel better after this. It's got to be hard to have suffered such a great loss in your life...
Rest in peace, my friend. I never talked to you, but I DID consider you a very brave young man. My heart goes out to your family, your girlfriend, and those you love.
The world has lost a brilliant mind, gentle soul and a romantic, the world is lesser without him now, yet better for having his impact over the last 2 decades.
As somebody who doesn't even live in the same country as Allan, or properly talked to him, and feels he has to keep a guy 'nothing makes me sad' persona, I am still greatly saddend by the passing of Allan. I can make myself feel better by knowing that he is no longer in pain, and he met Jess.
So long Allan
Wow!
I'm so sorry to hera about this.
I just learned of his existence this afternoon at the Universist forums, and as soon as I was about to post a greeting to him in his intro thread, I checked his link first and found out about this. I'm so sorry for his loved ones loss! I hope you find some peace and encouragement.
My best wishes and deepest condolences to you Allans loved ones.

Damn. I was so hoping someone would come through for him & he'd get the transplant he needed. This sucks.
It also sucks that this last procedure was probably what did him in, rather than helping out as we all had hoped.
Bye, WinAce. You will be remembered.
I never really knew you, but having heard of you, I know that you were a great person, one who should be remembered. Rest in Peace man.
Confused?
