Damn. I was so hoping someone would come through for him & he'd get the transplant he needed. This sucks.
It also sucks that this last procedure was probably what did him in, rather than helping out as we all had hoped.
Bye, WinAce. You will be remembered.

The world is a poorer place without Allan. He will always be remembered for his intelligence, wit and warmth.

Better that someone of his calibre lived and died than never lived at all.
Having hosted him for the duration of his life, the world is now a richer place.

Guys, this was posted Janurary 1st of 2000. Considing the way that is written, how can he have died on November 4th of 2005 by that point in time?

Deepest lupine condolencies from all of us here in my head(Thus being the Hime and I).
A song comes to mind - "Sanctous Espiritous, redeem us from our Solemn Hour." Redeem us indeed.

#517254: It was probably so that the announcement had it's own little spot, instead of being buried in fundie quotes. Besides, it helps to draw attention to it.
