[Did God cause Hurricane Irene and the earthquake?]
No Wichcraft did, every year during the Ramadam one can observe the same predicament, all them muslims being afficionados of the great america it does not help, they pray to their demons and it works, it is that simple, but if you pay attention you will see the return of the boomerang effect very soon in their countries , and that my friend is not witchcraft ,it;s all God works

THE WITCHES. THAT'S CERTAINLY WHY.
But no, seriously, as an Australian, I can tell you we get rainstorms more severe than Irene was when it was actually a hurricane.
"Did God cause Hurricane Irene and the earthquake?" "No, Wichcraft did!"
WOW YOU CANT ARGUE WITH THAT LOGIC
So when natural disasters hit America it's all the demons fault (and all powerful God can't stop that at all) but when it hits some other country that is God getting them back.
No, you are stupid. Natural disasters are just that, NATURAL not SUPER NATURAL. Superstition in this day and age is just sad. Grow up and come visit us in the real world.
A colleague just returned from the Middle East where he was on a business trip. He was there this years' Ramadan.
No, he did NOT observe any "witchcraft" or "praying to demons". Quite the contrary: Ramadan is the muslim cultural equivalent of Christmas. (My dear fundies, you may now get red of anger)
For a good part, it is just an opportunity for business and shopping. (A business sign my colleague has seen: "Special discount for Ramadan! All items 20% off!"). The city is decorated with lights, trees are decorated with lanterns. And it ends with the "most holy night of the year", and afterwards with a big feast among the family. Does this sound familiar?
My dear Christians: Get used to the fact that you have much more in common with Muslims than you dare to admit. Christianity and Islam have the same cultural roots.
"...they pray to their demons and it works ..."
That's funny: Whenever christian prayer appears to work, it's only due to an easily explained coincidence or natural cause.
Muslims > Christians?
You don't suppose it could have anything to do with Ramadan happening during hurricane season, do you? No, the hurricanes always happen because those Muslims are praying to Allah.
Which kind of makes one ask the question, is Islam then the right religion because Allah (God) listens to the Muslims when they pray to him to attack American Christians with natural disasters? Or if you want to claim that they practice black magic, then why is God powerless to stop it?

Considering those wildfires in Texas right now, I guess God is really pissed off at all the fundies there. Enjoy your paradox, Faux News & Teabagger candidates.

Translation: When it happens to people I like, it's witchcraft/Satan, when it happens to people I don't like, it's God.
gee, I thought it was the complicated interplay of heat, humidity, winds and temperature. Boy was I wrong, obviously such simple answer MUST be the right one.
Yeah, yeah, yeah. If your God speaks through natural disasters, s/he is stupid, ineffective and has bad aim. Is that the case your REALLY want to make for your God?
Ah, yes: Ramadam. The month of fasting which culminates in the celebration of Ramadama-ding-dong.
Edit: Old Viking beat me.
You know Saudi Arabia has witchcraft squads, right?
No, it's not because there actually are witches; it's just that they're deluded stupid fundie fucks just like you.
Yeah, you people hold 99.9-to-infinity of the same beliefs, but it's the atheists and gays who are working with the Muslims to bring Sharia to America?
Jesus fuck, it would be so sweet if this amount of insanity was painful. I mean painful to the crazy people, not those of us they inflict their insanity upon.
Typical retarded fundie that's completely fucking oblivious that the Ramadan holiday changes every year according the Lunar Calendar.
And "witchcraft"? Seriously? You are aware Muslims worship the same Abrahamic deity as Christians, right?
Of course you're not. You're a moron.
Jesus FUCK-MOTHERING CHRIST!!
Is there no way for these people to fucking GET THE CONCEPT OF "WEATHER"!?
I am so beyond sick of this indefatigable bullshit. SICK. OF. IT. Every fucking time. EVERY FUCKING TIME severe weather rolls around in some desolate corner of the world it's always "HURR HURR GODDIDIT GODDIDIT TO PUNISH TEH GHEYZ AND LIEBRALS AND NWOBAMA HURR HURR HURR PRAISE JESUS!!1!"
As if nature doesn't even exist and there's no explanation for why these things happen!
BUT THERE IS! Fucking meteorology, LEARN THAT SHIT!!
Scientific progress is the unstoppable force. Fundie ignorance is the unmovable object. In other words, it doesn't matter what wondrous things science discovers about the universe, fundies are going to dig their feet in the sand and stand up for their right to be ignorant dumbasses.
@Osiris
I agree. Fundies are fucking anachronistic. This is the 21st goddamn century and these retards are still blaming the weather on God's wrath. We know WHY the weather happens, we know WHERE all the animals and the earth came from, we HAVE science... Yet these fucking people just can't get it.
If aliens from outer space visited us, they would be astounded by the fact that we HAVE scientific answers to nearly all life's questions, but the majority simply ignore it and say it's bunk WHEN IT'S DEMONSTRABLY RIGHT AND THEY ARE DEMONSTRABLY WRONG. They just don't give a shit.
Fundies are embarrassing to humanity.

There's a simple reason why those in the Bible Belt don't accept Evolution:

It hasn't happened there yet.
Similarly their brains haven't evolved to take in the modern world around them (makes one wonder how they can even figure out a lightswitch, never mind use a computer). Ergo, their reliance upon the Bible. It does the thinking for them, after all.
Meanwhile, the juggernaut that is progress rolls inexorably on...!
Witchcraft, heresy, and mutation!
Obviously, this is the God-Emperor's way of chastising the US for... something or other...
Also, you can't simply cite the entire Torah as your source. It doesn't work that way.
I just KNEW Irene show up here sooner or later. BTW, what caused the other notable storms to hit the region, before same-sex marriage? Like Hurricanes Carol, Diane, and 1938? Or the Blizzard of 1978? Anyone? Anyone? Bueller, Bueller?
Confused?
