With that said I admit I would feel weird getting blood if I knew it came from a gay man.
Dying of blood loss would feel much weirder. And much less pleasant.
I would probably feel pretty weird about receiving blood from a Muslim, atheist or Hindu, etc.
If you're dying, then I guarantee that the last thing you're going to care about is if some of the blood you're receiving came from a man who has a shrine to Ganesha.

Yes. Because what people believe will affect their physical constituents including, obviously, their blood. We already know that belief can affect the brain, can cause prodigious spittle production, can greatly increase supplies of dribble, and ensure massive reservoirs of drool, so why can't it change the nature of blood, causing it to be ungodly, type G negative?

For the rest of you RR folks, I propose a solution. If you need it, you will be given blood from whatever source is available. If you later object to that source, we will remove it. We will have to make sure we get it all out, though.
