Why I Told Elton John He Must Die: Hebrews 9:27

Since the charges of issuing a terroristic threat against Elton John in the video above have officially been reopened and I am again facing 10 years in a Georgia State Prison, it is proper to state why I said what I said to him.

The word of God has no meaning without application. Unless Elton John heard that God was speaking to him personally, the preacher would have failed to preach the word of God to Elton John, like all the millions of preachers failed who heard him call the Lord Jesus Christ a homosexual and let the blasphemy pass as if it did not require a warning.

Every word in the Bible is just sounds without application, sounds that can mean anything any outlaw chooses for them to mean. But when applied by the Holy Ghost to an individual, those sounds become the Words of God, quick and powerful, and sharper than any twoedged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of joint and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart. That's why people must hear how the word of God applies to them as individuals for them to actually hear the gospel. That's supposed to be why preachers preach and teachers teach.

Elton John was warned. Since he is a media icon who blasphemed my Lord in front of millions of people, it seemed fitting his warning should occur in front of that same audience to demonstrate a goal of my campaign for Governor which is to bring outlaws to the bar of justice.

Theocrats like this ignoramus should all be sent to an island somewhere. Let them all kill each other to prove which rube is the most pious.

What Elton John has done was practice his First Amendment rights.

There are several things wrong with your statement. The first is that blasphemy is not a criminal act, and even if it were, freedom of expression takes precedence. Second, is that calling Jesus gay would only be blasphemous if being gay were actually immoral. Of course, there are mounds of evidence stating that homosexuality is just as natural as heterosexuality or any other orientation, so you fail on that count. Third, you were running for governor, Mr. Horsley; that is a secular position. Separation of church and state means that you have no business making overtly religious, and overtly sectarian for that matter, condemnations. Lastly, Sir Elton John is a citizen of the United Kingdom, so even if what he had done were criminal (it isn't) you would not be in any authority to punish him for it. Please stop giving ammunition to the claim that all Americans are ignorant and hateful religious fanatics. So many people on FSTDT seem to believe it...

I can see the TV spots now:

Neal Horsley for Governor:
Because God-hating sodomites and infidels aren't going to kill themselves, you know.

Blasphemy isn't a crime. Saying you're going to murder someone on the other hand, is.

Somebody keep an eye on this idiot and smite him whenever he eats shrimp or breaks any other biblical laws.

Running for governor?

I know this is tempting fate, but is there even a state whose population is insane/stupid enough to put someone like Horsley in charge?

Too bad the US do not have any mental healthcare - this man could really have used some!

Now, all his options are prison! Well, at least they are not executing an innocent man like last night!

= POPE =

Blasphemy is not a crime.

Blasphemy is an accusation leveled at one by clerics in an attempt to cobble up a lynch mob to do the dirty work of silencing dissenters.

The proper response to said accusation is, "Go shit in your hat!"

Unfortunately, there are still drooling morons in our midst that will respond to such a call with violence. Don't drop the soap, Neal, or you might get what the mule got.

Free gift with purchase.

Wait... so Mule Fucker thinks raping mules is A-OK, but consensual sex between two humans of the same sex is nasty?

First, there is no evidence that the bible is the word of anything other than ancient Middle Eastern tribesmen. It is therefore invalid as law.
Second, there is no evidence a god exists, therefore blasphemy is a victimless crime. You don't count.
You, on the other hand, made a death threat against an actual person. That is why you are facing charges.

Now let me see, in your words above you blasphemed my Lord a few times, so does this mean I get to threaten your life?

How dare you say his words is [sic!] just sounds, you heathen.

By the way, I hope you go preach the love of Jesus to all the Muslim Brotherhood members in the prison you'll be in. From what I understand they just love to be taugh about Christ and I bet you won't be able to resist.

Have fun!

He probably would have done better in Georgia if not for the Atlanta area, which is much more progressive than the rest of the state. Atlanta's votes make GA seem more moderate than it actually is. We're talking about the same state that executed an innocent person 12 hours ago.

Well, obviously as long as it's sex with a female mule. Sex with a male mule would be perverted & disgusting.

The US doesn't have mental healthcare? So all those psychology appointments and depression medications were just figments of my imagination? My dad, recently diagnosed with bipolar disorder, is taking sugar pills?
