Entertaining and cathartic as that would be to watch, I hope that most soldiers (gay, straight or otherwise) are civilized enough to apply their training in murder in violence strictly on the battlefield.
Beside, actual violence shouldn't even be necessary, a mere dirty look should be enough to make Max lose all sphincters control once he realizes he's insulting someone who could technically be described as a trained violence technician.. :P
As for cleaning the pavement, the good/funny thing with Max still having his skull in one piece would be that the soldier could force him to clean after himself.

See, normally I'd tell someone like this to go serve in the military himself if he objects to the wrong sort of people going to war (I refuse to say anyone sent over in Bush's oil and propaganda crusade is "defending our freedom", no Iraqi ever wiretapped me*), but in this case it'd be a waste of time.
Max here wouldn't pass the psych eval.
*not to say I don't think they're brave for serving, just that the war itself is unnecessary and I won't use a right-wing cliche about it
