The desperation to impose socialism on America against the will of the American people is now being seen from members of the Party of Treason. They speak openly of the problems of liberty.



Liberals love dictatorships. In a dictatorship, they can just push their crackpot ideas and not have to worry about the little people complaining about a few minor details like, the ideas don’t work. The ideas suck.

Their model has worked so well in the past. History has the precedents of their ideas. Just look at the Soviet Union, Nazi Germany, and China under Mao, Eastern Europe under the Warsaw Pact, Vietnam after 1975, Cambodia and Cuba.



What Bev Perdue and the left do not want is the next election that is going sweep them out of power. This is the moment where they will be the most dangerous. Between the unelected czars and the left’s last desperate gasp, as they try to push socialism down our throats one last time, we face not only the time of greatest peril but also the time of greatest opportunity.

We must find new leaders to replace these bad leaders. The people we select must have as an overriding belief in the idea that big government must be dismantled and we must take steps to ensure that never again is a socialist in the White House.

We need to remember the words our founding fathers put in the Declaration of Independence.

“That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government,”

We must make certain we have new leaders in 2012 to replace the bad leadership we have had. We must make certain that our new leaders are committed to liberty and the destruction of big government. Our government needs much altering. Let us alter government before it becomes destructive of these ends and requires abolition.

As long as big business is around to oppress the average citizen with price gouging such as pharamacutical companies are now doing in the case of shortfalls in certain medications, and this is just one example, big government will be needed. So you go on and get your small gonvernment and see how quickly your rights are really trampled and who the real problem is in this country. The Man no longer sits in the halls of government, but in the board rooms of corporate America. And The Man doesn't give a rat's ass about you as long as you keep working your fingers to the bone so The Man and his friends can keep getting rich off your labor while you have nothing to show for it in the end.

Yes there were so many liberals in those regimes. Especially Nazi Germany, with it's great love of Jews and other minorities.

Soviet Union - Yeah fail, kicked the Nazi's ass though so we gotta credit them that.
Nazi Germany - Actually pretty economically successful except for the wars, so like 2 years, lol. But Fascist is not Liberal or small govt so moot point.
China - As I recall is rapidly surpassing the many capitalist nations of the world and is powering through the global recession.
Eastern Europe - Varying experiences, it's a big area, mostly negative under the years of domination of a large imperialist superpower that only wants their resources (hint hint)
Vietnam - That nation that you lost the war to?
Cambodia - That nation you lost the secret war to?
Cuba - Still around after 40 years of embargo, still quite a popular government.

(obviously a tongue in cheek list here people, don't pick it apart too much)

Am I wrong in thinking that these people entirely fail to grasp just how much the existence of the human race relies on collectivism?

If "big government" is "destroyed", what rises to replace it has historically been a widespread implementation of market-driven governance; the deregulation of commerce and industry generally to the benefit of another small elite group (as well as the small political elite in possession of civic power), and to the detriment of the wider populace.

Why does the illusion that corporate entities are somehow apolitical still hold so much sway. Big corporations are capable of just as much greed, power-mongering and repressive control of their employees (who are also their consumers) as any government. The main difference used to be that businesses were driven by profit while politicians were meant to be driven by some kind of sense of collective duty.

These days, politics and business are so intertwined that politics has become a career based on largely the same principles as business. I've been concerned and encouraged in equal measure by the Wall St Occupation; encouraged because people are making a stand against corporate dominance, but concerned because this is exactly the kind of grassroots activism which heralded the Chicago School-inspired coups across Latin America in the 70s.

AFTERTHOUGHT: In fact it was in the Latin American dictatorships of the 70s (i.e. Pinochet et al) that extreme deregulatory and free-trade experiments advocated by the Chicago School were tried out. The very opposite of liberal policy, and it was necessary to have an apparatus of state terror in order to enforce them; popular will had to be crushed to even implement them.

So this guy can fuck off, is what I suppose I'm saying.

In other words they need to be one of those "the free market is magic" loons who think that removing all regulations will magically make all businesses operate 100% ethically and spew rainbows and sunshine rather than pollution. Enjoy that hot dog you're eating! Now with 50% more meat! And no OSHA compliance or minimum wage ensure that we'll have lots of cheap sources of meat for our hot dogs! What? You're going to go to the competition? What's that? We bought them all out and we use name recognition and intimidation to keep upstarts from having a chance to crack the market!

Big government exists for a reason and while we should be wary of the government having too much power, we need it to prevent other entities from getting too much power and taking advantage of people. If you think some CEO is less corruptible than a politician and is better going to look out for your best interests, you're fucked in the head.

Second, there's never been a socialist in the White House. Perhaps you should look up both "liberal" and "socialist" in the dictionary.
