World War II deaths are estimated as high as 78 million. Not all of those are directly can be attributed to Hitler, since there was fighting in the Pacific and other places as well.
However, Soviet losses alone (civilians and military) could have been as high as 23 million.
The bigger issue, however, is that Steve Boehman is totally full of shit. And hurts my eyes with his FRS (fundie randomcap syndrome). The only way Obama could kill on that scale would be for our military to cooperate, which, gauging by the infiltration of fundies into that organization, is about as likely as my being crowned queen of the Milky Way. Or as likely as Steve Boehman being able to define communism.
Also, it sounds like Steve has a huge old man-crush on Junior. I see a stalking arrest in his future.

Bill Ayers is a retired professor who *may* have rubbed shoulders with Obama back in Chicago. Back in the early '60s he was a commie and big in the anti-war movement. Good article at wikipedia, including the source of the 25 million claim.
