Imagine Muslim caliphates in Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Iran, Libya; communism and state socialism in South America, China, Russia, Europe; Marxist unionism exploding in Wisconsin, Indiana, Ohio, California, Illinois, Michigan, New Jersey. While circumstances are different, the ends are inevitably the same: Absent a republic under Natural Law and the Bible, democracy = mobocracy = genocide.

Twenty years ago, crazies who publicly stated that democracy was evil and the vote should be restricted would have been laughed out of the room.
My, how times have changed.
New platform for the GOP

Hmmm not seeing any Natural Law around here...nor a Republic, everything still seems to be working fine. The Muslim states you list are kinda what you would like America to be just with Christianity instead. State socialism can be found in a lot more countries then you list...even America. And Marxist unionism?? Is that because the unions did something in those states to piss you off or something?
I wish to Zeus some of that Marxist Unionism would explode at Home Depot. Except for Frank Blake, who gets a new yacht or ball team every once in a while, we're all making less and less every year. The only exploding I see is the inflation. But by the time you've mentioned "Un..." you've already been canned.
Unionism? Whaaaat? Is that supposed to say that unions are exploding in terms of power or what? Because in case this guy forgot, in Wisconsin the unions representing government workers lost a lot of power recently thanks to some underhanded schemes by the right wing dictators who found some loophole.
Imagine Right-wing Fundamental ist Theocracies throughout the world Absent civilisation under Rule of Law and the Democracy, theocracy = genocide.

"communism and state socialism in South America, China, Russia, Europe; Marxist unionism exploding in Wisconsin, Indiana, Ohio, California, Illinois, Michigan, New Jersey. While circumstances are different, the ends are inevitably the same:"
Yes, Ellis: infinitely superior societies to what you subhuman Dominionists want to impose upon the rest of normal, civilised, secular people.
It must be so simple being a fundy...to them socialism, communism, atheism, liberalism, and islam are all the same.
Seems like it saves alot of time for bitching.
"Absent a republic under Natural Law and the Bible, democracy = mobocracy = genocide."
So we would be allowed to elect representatives as long as they believed in your idea of natural law and your idea of Christianity? Or would that be too much democracy and set us on the path to genocide? Probably better if you just appointed all of our representatives.
Funny you say this when several states' governments are bent on breaking unionism right now.
By the way, there's no such thing as marxist unionism. In standard marxist theory, there is little to nothing that can be done to improve a worker's conditions under capitalism - and no point in unions with socialism, since the workers are supposed to be managing their enterprise.
While this position is demonstrably false, there is no way one can consistently be both pro-union and an orthodox marxist.
Absent a republic under Natural Law and the Bible, democracy = mobocracy = genocide.
Right, because the problem with all of those European monarchies that wiped out various indigenous cultures was that they had too much democracy and not enough Bible. I mean just look now! Now that atheism is on the rise in Europe they're more violent than ever before in history! Before Richard Dawkins came about Europeans shat rainbows and puppy dogs, now they eat puppies and intentionally run over old ladies!
Fundies like democracy when the majority agrees with them and hate it when they don't. For example, they'd love for the good people of South Carolina, Kentucky, Mississippi, Arkansas or Alabama to be able to vote to outlaw abortion and the teaching of evolution, segregate schools, override the First Amendment and establish a Protestant Christian theocracy, because in those states, there'd probably be a majority to support those things. But they know that the majority of Americans disagree with those things and have no appetite for the Constitutional amendments that would be necessary to allow them; so they label majority rule a "mobocracy".
Confused?
So were we! You can find all of this, and more, on Fundies Say the Darndest Things!
