Homosexual activism is very, very destructive. It is creating—while taking in the moral high ground or trying to and saying it’s all about rights and so on—no, they’re undermining sanity, morality, security for our kids. They are undermining of course religious liberty for believers.

"...no, they’re undermining sanity, morality, security for our kids."
Linda, your very existence undermines sanity, morality, and security for our kids. Now kindly fuck off and leave the rest of us to live our lives in peace.
"religious liberty" shouldn't be taken seriously. It would be refreshing to see a politician who, when the religious right try and impose their scriptural morality in things like gay marriage and so on, simply responded to them, "You're bigoted views mean nothing to me. Piss off."
What, the religious liberty to persecute people?
It IS all about rights; the right to accept who you are, the right to marry your loved one, the right to try to have kids, the right to decide about medical care for your partner, and to inherit after the other's death. You people, on the other hand, want to have the right not to be offended by the existence of people different from you, the right to oppress those different people, and refuse them a couple of rights that most other people take for granted.
What is homosexual activism?
How are they undermining sanity, morality and security for our kids?
Kids with homosexual parents are just as sane, moral and secure as the rest of us.
Most pedophiles are heterosexual males.
So campaigning for equal rights for homosexuals is destroying (something,) insane, immoral, endangering children and hurting your ability to exercise your religion? STFU.
Left-handed activism is very, very destructive. It is creatingwhile taking in the moral high ground or trying to and saying it’s all about rights and so onno, they’re undermining sanity, morality, security for our kids. They are undermining of course religious liberty for believers.
Fixed.
I mean, my grandpa chose to be left-handed in his childhood, but his teachers managed to save his soul by teaching him to use his right hand. Clearly handedness is a choice, not an innate characteristic.

Speaking as a straight, but pro -LGBT man...:

You have the right to believe, and to say, that homosexuality is a sin, that it is immoral, that it is perverted. That's your religious liberty taken care of.
You do not have the right to impose restrictions on the liberties of other people because of that view. That's their religious liberty taken care of.
I'm not seeing a problem here.
"They are undermining of course religious liberty for believers."
You people don't give a fuck about anyone else's freedom, so why should we give a fuck about yours?
Somebody's trying to undermine our rights, but it ain't gay people.
Incidentally, have a mirror. It's a bit shiny, but you'll get used to it.
Linda. You are. A horrible person.
You count being bigoted towards innocent people a "religious liberty"? The fuck? How is that ever okay?
I am aware of the relative minorness of this woman's offense. But sometimes you just need to go back to the baseline and say, "hey. Remember this? This little overlooked nugget of shit in your sea of ichor and fuck-all? It's still as wrong as it's always been. We just haven't been talking about it lately because of all the crazy new shit you've been flinging everywhere."
If this takes away "rights" from believers, by all means do take more of them away.
Trotting out and glorifying the exact same tired, idiotic arguments that have been proven to be be utter bullshit time and time again, and never recognising anything wrong with it.
I've seen this film already. The ending is bittersweet at best.
Yes, because telling you that you're not allowed to force your beliefs on others is undermining your right to force your belief on others...
Hey, if that is true, then I have the right to force my belief on you... and I believe that you should be forcibly penetrated by a giant cactus.
What's that? You agree that people don't have the right to force their beliefs on others? I'm so glad you agree... SO SHUT THE FUCK UP ABOUT THIS STUFF!!!
Confused?
So were we! You can find all of this, and more, on Fundies Say the Darndest Things!
