I'm assuming the "fondling" is already covered as rape by the Uniform Code of Military Justice so no need for any physical violence. If Christians are "homophobic" only and don't act on it, then that's not a valid reason to kick them out of the military. If they react with assaults, then they've committed a crime and should be punished accordingly.

If the military needs a certain level of physical strength, it can make that a requirement, then select people by physical strength, not by the the shape of their genitals.
The same sexual harassment rules apply in the military to homosexuals as well as heterosexuals. Any homosexual man who fondled another man against his will would be treated the same as a heterosexual man who sexually abused a woman. And yes, someone would be disciplined for beating someone up for any reason.
Muslims don't like homosexuals. The Taliban in Afghanistan used to execute them by bulldozing a pile of rocks onto them (high-tech "stoning"). Maybe Savagesuzie should move to the Afghan border and join them - they sound like just her type.
