I blame Fox News for this. You can't spew that kind of bullshit 24/7 without at least some people falling for it hook, line and sinker.

Sure, because in the days of Noah, a dictator was a guy elected in free elections...........what the hell, there were NO ELECTIONS.

As an Occupy Protester, I can asure you that we are not a pro-Obama group. Go to any encampment and bring up Obama and you'll find out for yourself.

Must be very scary to live in Sher's world, surrounded by enemies, violence, and lies. I don't wish that even on Tea-Partiers.

Mr. Zieve, OWS is not much different from the Tea Party in which both want changes in the economy. The only difference is that OWS didn't become distracted by the 3 G's that conservatives are obsessed with: God, Gays, and Guns (which they shouldn't worry about, seeing as the 2nd Amendment backs them.)
@ Brendan Rizzo
Calm down a bit. I know you are upset (I am too) but typing in all caps makes you look as insane as the fundies despite your legitimate points. Election's only a year away. I'm still young, you're still young. Try to stay positive for 2012.
@ ME24601
The main problem with Obama is that like most Democrats, he has good ideas, but is too weak to push them. Unless the GOP picks Romney, I will vote for Obama solely because of the fact that he is sane.

So you're saying that because the people of (non-existent) Noah's time were angry that most property and money was owned by a tiny handful of wealthy and powerful individuals, that they were trapped in poverty and mired in endless debt, their political system was effectively owned by whoever had the most money, and their leaders and elected representatives were all but completely indifferent to their needs, God decided enough was enough and slaughtered them all for daring to complain.
Okay.

@Anon 1352131:
I wouldn't say they support or oppose him in particular; he's relatively left-wing, but has done little to fix the problems Bush caused. At least, less than hardcore liberals like myself would have liked. The rage is aimed mainly at Congress, which is supremely incompetent.
That being said, the idea that Obama hired these people is absurd. It's probably psychological projection: the Tea Party has known political sponsorship (FreedomWorks especially), while the closest thing OWS has to political or corporate backing is the help of a non-profit magazine, and that was in organizing the operation only, not financial.

The thing I love about commentary on OWS is that it's always easy to tell who has actually visited a camp and talked to real occupiers and who has just believed everything they've read or simply jumped to their own conclusions.

If there's anything that proves the Tea-Party leaders are bought and paid for shills for the Right-Wing Republican party it's this reaction to OWS protests. I've been watching the political circus for years and in it's early years (when they actually could get numbers to their events) wall streets behavior and greed was one of their main beefs (of course, this is when they thought they could blame it all on Obama)
Now that the masses have finally called for justice on the criminal who broke the economy, the Tea-Parties become a defending force for Wall Street. Demanding the goverment leave these poor banks and traders alone "to do the right thing"
Why's anyone listening to the remnants of a small movement that switchs gears for every Republican tactical move anyway?

Is Sher Zieve going to be the first dumb cracker to open fire on a crowd of OWS protestors?
There are too many little bits of stupid to bother debunking them all so I'll just point out that Marxism and anarchy are mutually exclusive.
