Yes it should be illegal. We have outlawed other forms of sexual perversion, like pedophilia and bestiality and so forth. Why should homosexual perverts get special treatment? I'm sick of our country turning its back on God's law and caving in to perverts who want to take this country down the toilet with them.
The penalty for the crime of homosexuality should be severe, however I am someone who has witnessed the power of Christ to change lives. So for the first offense I would like to see only 2-5 years in prison, but no more than that. Give them a chance to repent, I say. For 2nd and 3rd offenses, though, I would not be merciful. They've been warned.

I never got why Christians make such a big stink about homosexuality. I mean, if the Christians are right, all the world's gays and lesbians are going to hell, so why does it matter?
And the reason beastiality and pedophilia are outlawed is because the other parties(animals and children) don't have the capacity to consent. And the country isn't "turning" it's back to God's Law, we have been giving it the cold shoulder since the onset. It is even written in the Bill of Rights, one of the documents our government is based on.

2-5 years locked up with only people of the same sex to keep you company is not going to 'cure' you of being gay. I personally am a lesbian because thats the way I am, no excuses, no apologies. Can't beat it out of me, can't pray ot out of me.
I just hurt my stomach remembering the post from a couple of months ago - the preacher who taught that the best way to ensure your son won't turn out to be gay is to bring him into the shower with you and show him your penis.
First off.. While I wouldn't personally try it, bestiality is only illegal in *some* states. Second, having seen at least one video out of curiousity, I am unclear, at least in cases like dogs and women, how someone on all fours can 'force' a non consenting dog to jump on them and start humping. Sure as hell looks like the dog is 'choosing' to do it. lol
