Science doesn't address the question of God so your point is moot. Science is the observation of natural phenomena. Your god is not measurable (or definable) in any way so there's nothing to study.
Science generally focuses on how things work. If you believe in God, then science is just the observation on how God "does" it, not if.
No, no, the way you know if there's a false science is if it contradicts ME. I have decided that I can never be wrong and if there's evidence to contradict me then that evidence must be false. For example, I'm absolutely convinced that the Moon has Moon people living on it. Even if we find no Moon people despite an exhaustive search of all parts of the Moon simultaneously, I'm still right and the people doing the search and/or the equipment (including the cameras)must be wrong.

Science doesn't set out to disprove the bible, that is just a byproduct of applying the scientific method to the universe. The thing about science is that you have to be prepared to accept the answers it gives you, whether you like them or not. That is real science. False science is what the Christians do when they try to prove evolution false and biblical creation true. They start with the conclusion and work backwards from there.
