We ARE apes. We have all of the ape qualities: ape skeletal structure, ape musculature, ape fingers and opposable thumbs, apes' stubby little tailbone, apes' wisdom teeth (which don't fit in our flattened ape mouth), and the best evidence is our ape DNA with ape ERVs.
