Honestly it would have been unfair to saddle him with culpability for the suicide, so I'm glad that didn't happen.
But the rest is bullshit. People don't kill themselves to victimize other people. I mean, sometimes they do structure their suicides for revenge or something once they decide to do it, but this guy just...jumped off a bridge. And you can't seriously argue that Ravi didn't do anything to harm Tyler and yet Tyler's suicide was set up to mess with Ravi. And how does his mother come into this?
It's actually pretty startling he killed himself over what happened; his conduct leading up to it certainly didn't look like he was planning to jump off a bridge, requesting a new roommate and things.
