Au contraire. People in positions of power all across the planet disenfrachise entire segments of the population, trapping them in cycles of oppression for generations, then use the inability of these segments to escape those cycles as justification to further victimise them. Basic empathy is actually very rare for this species.

No. That places the child on a pedestal and burdens them with an image they can't possibly emulate. Instead, any person with a disability of any kind should be treated just like anyone else, as a person worthy of respect and understanding.

I'm 17, and even I understand that what you are spewing is bullshit. I treat African Americans the same as anyone else (except for the fact that I don't date them; I have my own tastes). Why you can't is beyond me.
A human being, other than a very small child, is never called "it", and you can't speak Latin, either.
Extraintrovert: By "very rare for this species", do you mean humanity in general, or just the archons you referred to earlier? It's just that I know anarcho-primitivists and others who cleave sharply to the "Man, the Hunter" symposium like to point out the sky-high empathy among hunter-gatherer bands. Of course, that's mostly WITHIN a given band or clan. Further range than that...may not have manifested so often. {wonders if empathy is rare for life in general, even if you DON'T count non-sentient life like plants, sponges, and cnidarians}

We are all human beings, no matter the color of our skin. But somehow, there continues to be hatred among different ethnic groups.
How good that the full-blooded Whites are becoming extinct, as more people become accepting of others no matter their culture or heritage. It is the person who you should love; not their race.
That's okay, your boss is probably showing how superior s/he is to you and doesn't need to be told that anyway.
