The Minnesota Family Council says it will introduce an amendment banning same-sex marriage, civil unions and domestic partnerships in Minnesota in the next few days. The group announced the new amendment push at a press conference with fundamentalist religious leaders on Tuesday.

Those leaders put forward a multifaith diatribe against gay and lesbian relationships stating that should gays get the right to marry, the world would end.

“If everyone is a gay, this world will cease to exist in 10 years,” said Ikram ul-Huq, the imam and religious director of the Muslim Community Center of Bloomington.

Only about 13% (maximum) of a population is usually homosexual.It really isn't possible that the whole population of a species will suddenly become homosexual.

Women do not loose the ability to have children by being homosexual you idiot. Any fertile woman can still get pregnant via sex with a man or by artifical insemination. Many homosexual couples do this today to have children.

You do not understand biology, population statistics, or probably anything else.

WRONG!(And hyperbole as well)

1 generation - maybe, but unless you didn't notice, most people live a bit longer than 10 years. Not to mention, most people's fertile period is between 25-40 years.
And that is ASSuming legalizing gay marriage will somehow lead to THE WHOLE WORLD turning gay overnight. In reality, between 10-15% of people are gay (I suspect that about 1/2 of those are at least bi, although I have no evidence).

So? Not everyone is nor will be homosexual. Also, human extinction won't mean the end of the world </nitpicking> and it would take over 10 years for all humans to die. Also, if nobody felt like reproducing people would probably start doing it as a duty or artificial insemination would skyrocket.
