Yes. The bible says gays should be put to death. Just like adulterers, people who work on the sabbath, and both the human and animal in a bestiality relationship. All of these are arguments against using the bible as the basis for governing the people.

That's it. I hate my fellow Americans beyond any restraint now. This has sent me over the edge. America is truly the antithesis of the other First World countries. Why couldn't I have been born a Canadian? The envy I feel towards Canada, Australia, New Zealand, the UK, France, the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Switzerland, Denmark, Norway, and Sweden is comparable to that Salieri felt towards Mozart. If American politicians are ultra-reactionary, then I do not want to be American.
