Well, Elizabeth, currently around 105,000 Christians are murdered every year by any number of non-Christian entities. Over 57 nations ban the preaching of Jesus Christ. Of those, a number ban the possession of the Holy Bible. In 'real' Islamic states, one born into a Muslim family who recants that and accepts Jesus Christ is considered an infidel and the 'family' is legally protected if they stone the convert to death.

So, tell me again why we should NOT ban religions in our Country that are actively engaged in genocide of the Christians in Africa, Middle East, and the Islamic crescent of states?

You would if you could, that's the message we hear loud and clear from fundamentalist Christianity.
If you had your way, very soon afterwards, you'd have all decisions for the population decided by church elders.
Blood would run, churchs would vie for leadership and America would become a wasteland eventually splitting into several torture states.

That this hasn't happened yet has only one reason. You are not a nation formed or ran on theocratic nonsence. You lot have been locked away from this by your constitution, laws and enforcment of same.

In fact it's interesting you mention Africa,, check into who's killing who before your next rant.

The only Muslim countries I know of that do not allow Christian churches are Saudi Arabia and (maybe) Afghanistan.

Lots of Muslim countries have stonking great cathedrals.

Inquisition? Crusades? Or do you prefer "Kill 'em all....God will know His own?" Other than that we have that thingy here in the U.S. about religion. You ought to look it up. I'm thankful there are Christians who are accepting of us non-Christian folk (makes me think there is hope for humanity) and do not buy into the persecution complex many of you crave. You fundies hate the thought of 'peace' don't you?
