[On why he bans almost all atheists after a single post on his forum.]

I have to leave at least one atheist on unbanned. People are not banned for putting forth their best effort, but they are banned, as they ought to be, for being belligerent and obstinate in their pride. This explains what happened to those before you who failed. Though you certainly have your pride like Satan that keeps you separated from Jesus and hellbound, some mercy is helpful here towards you.

In other words, kill all but one, so they may live to TELL THE TALE!

I almost feel like trolling this site. Hmmmmmmm

Man, the arrogance here is so thick you could just about cut it with a knife -- or it's so deep you need really tall wading boots to get through it. I'm not sure which metaphor I prefer.

Actually, I can see banning someone for being \"belligerent\" if for him it means what I think it means (is that you, Inigo?). However, I am betting that in his case, it means \"freely expressing disagreement with the website owner and not becoming a fellow fundie,\" whether any actual hostility is expressed or not. (Though if Troy is usually this haughty, I can certainly sympathize with someone wanting to respond with hostility.)

You really have to read the thread from the beginning to truly understand the pure ass-hattery

12/28/2005 5:39:17 PM

This asshole Troy is hilarious. Most threads on his crummy forum are one post only, by him. I think he bans everyone else who bothers to post there.

Silence all dissenters, eh?

Further on in the same post he says:

\"My spirit was quickened and the seed of a new spirit waxes stronger daily as He works within in testimony with the Word.\"

That is SO gross.

It seems he is 'aroused' by banning people.

It's in these situation that, when a large number of people begin to disapprove of your ideas, you must accept the possibility of being wrong and try to reword your assertions to better explain said ideas.

12/28/2005 8:30:43 PM

Ooh, this is the guy who posts his $10,000 challenge, for anyone who can \"disprove\" his obtuse, deeply-flawed-in-many-ways statement!

And when people proceed to point out the numerous flaws, he bans them.

Oops, that was me. o_O

He also seems to think, charmingly, that the amoeba was the first form of life on earth.

I believe the technical term is \"Bastard Operator From Hell\", or BOFH for short. (Well, okay, that's system administrator rather than board administrator, but it's close enough.) For further enlightenment, see the Jargon File at http://www.catb.org/~esr/jargon/html/B/BOFH.html - if you want to look through the whole thing (a time-consuming task), there are plenty of rather amusing entries.

If Jesus Himself posted in my forum and didn't agree with me, then I'd ban his ass too.

You're too proud to listen to Jesus? Maybe you ought to ban yourself.

(Assuming that really IS Troy, and not someone else putting words in his mouth.)

It sounds to me as if you have reached the definition of the True Fanatic: One who, when he has lost sight of his goals, redoubles his effort. Congratulations.

Just a thought: If you are willing to ban Jesus, wouldn't that suggest that those you ban might be in better company than you are?

Jesus had pride, why else would he be afriad to die? Think about it. We have pride because we have to be like God and the Bible clearly says he has a lot of it.

According to pure logic, a non-believer writes \"that this calculation [Step 1] tells us that we are moving from more to less sin and concludes that since we have not reached the state of ultimate sinlessness then it must be the case that there was not an eternity of past causes and effects. The argument is deductively valid.\" (Arturo from THINK the secular playground)

Your 4 step proof is retarded.

Also, I thought you were leaving and never coming back? So much for that.

Your inability to produce a disproof here is a wonderful testimony to the Word of God (66 book of the Bible).

anti-nonsense: He made the mistake of thinking everyone would run over there to join his cult.

It must be lonely over there when you ban anyone who disagrees with you for more than three posts. Remember, stubbornness is akin to witchcraft.

4/16/2007 3:44:44 PM

Troy's banning people for being prideful and obstinate?

That's the funniest thing I've heard in a long time. I think there's a link to his argument next to the definitions of \"prideful\" and \"obstinate\" in some dictionary, somewhere, as the perfect example of those terms.

4/16/2007 3:50:25 PM

This is ironic...

What if I told you Christ himself blew your silly 4-step proof out of the water?

Read on:

Your choice at this point is either to call Christ (and John) a liar, or admit that your bible is flawed and your god is an impostor.

Since nothing that was said in this thread shows any disproof of the Proof for God, the 4 Step Proof remains true.

There are 66 books to God's Word. Any other books that came along are not God's Word because something can be shown faulty with them and how they do not agree with the agreement of the prophets and the apostles of 40 writers over 1500 years and the 4 Step Perfect Proof for God of the Bible.

You might even ask why 66 books? Why not 67 or 65 or 76 or some other number? Because 6 is the number of Satan, and it is also the number of man (which can be shown in various ways), because man loves Satan's ways. But God's redemptive design of His Word in the 66 books, is identifying the need to break apart that relationship of 6 and 6.

The unholy trinity is the 666 and tries to replace the holy Trinity. Satan loves his sixes. There is the dragon which is Satan trying to replace God the Father. There is the first beast who is the Antichrist trying to replace the Christ, and there is the second beast the False Prophet who tries to replace God's very life the Holy Spirit.

Revelation 17.8 His being “was, and is not, and is about to come” is a clever counterfeiting of God “who is and who was and who is to come” (cf. 1.4,8; 4.8).

Jesus can never be \"is not\" for He always \"was\" and always \"is\" and always will be. There is no getting around it by the 4 Step Proof.

Neron Kaiser in Aramaic the language of Christ = 666. Rev. 13.18 says this takes wisdom to figure out, for he is the \"number of a man.\"

Nero was, then he died, but is going to be revived. As you know Nero is the most evil man in history, for he he killed almost all of his close family members as well as scores of others including thousands of Christians.

4/16/2007 11:42:19 PM

This 4 step proof makes no sense. It states that nothing is spontaneous (which is false, but still) and then credits God with spontaneity of existence and action. Crazy stuff...
