In the United States, if you call something a tea party, it's mostly women who go to it. Meanwhile, if you have an expensive wife or girl friend, that's your problem.

The Tea Party had merit, but since 1773 when it became infested with republicans and other whackjobs, I knew the movement was dead.

How do Republican women vote for large government, exactly?

The so-called "Tea Party" was created by faux media and their corporate owners to fool the dumbest segment of the American public into screwing themselves over.

If you think the governmant can't work, you probably shouldn't run it.

I think I know why fundies are so sexist. The only women whom they are in any contact are Tea Partiers. If all the women I knew were Tea Partiers, I'd think women are stupid too.

The Tea Party never had promise because the very thing they were claiming was bullshit from the time they started. That these people can equate the end of a tax cut with a tax increase, and then bitch that they're paying too much tax under the current administration, despite the last administration's tax cuts still being in effect, then bitch about budget deficits, cost overruns, pork spending, and big government, all while proposing more government to act against pet social issues, is indeed moronic, and this is the loud face of the American Right.

No, when the tea party advocated putting government into people's bedrooms & getting more police and military troops to guard our borders it ceased to be a small-government movement.

It must have taken a lot of work to ask every woman in the world what kind of government they wanted. I'm assuming you did this, or else your claims about what all women want from government would be total bullshit.

Hence, when women started to go to the Tea Party, it ceased to be a small-government movement.
The Tea Party was never a "small government" movement. The Tea Party doesn't want less government; they just want it to stop spending money on anyone else except them so they can have more money for new cars, bigger TVs and taking the kids to Disneyland. That's why no one ever actually asks to eliminate government service that benefit themselves.

Women tend to outnumber men in most political parties.
The Tea Party is big business and vagina probes.

The Tea Party wants to reduce government to the size of a tampon, so they can fit it into the same place, and any woman who goes along with it must be in serious need of a thrill.

It was never a small government in the first place. It was a collection of malcontents bitter that the right-fringe was no longer in power.

A friend of mine said that at some point, the Tea Party as we know it will collapse on itself. I guess this quote marks the end of that peculiar group, for one of the original members has become disillusioned with the people he once associated with. In other words, IT BEGINS!
