in all seriousness, information entropy has nothing to do with (whatsoever, information entropy has to do with computer data) natural entropy. natural entropy has to do with the dispersion of CHEMICAL ENERGY, not molecular complexity. for example, if you put a hot cup of tea in a cool room, and wait 20 minutes, the entropy of the tea can be said to have increased, and the entropy of the room (assuming that the room is completely thermally sealed and can give off no radiation of any kind) has decreased, but only slightly. if you let everything in the room becomes the same temperature(possesses the same energy level) the room has reached maximum entropy
entropy is disorder, the higher the energy level, the more disordered(like trying to control a small child who just snorted caffiene powder, vs a child that has been awake for 24 hours. high entropy vs low entropy) and the lower the energy level, the lower the entropy.
P.S. forgot to add this, entropy does not disprove evolution because the earth is not a closed system. we have a lovely gigantic yellow fusion powered energy source to keep us all going. literally. all the energy in any form you may consume at one point came from the sun(or possibly stars, but when you have the sun right there, stars start falling into the "inconsequential" category.)
