First off, fuckwit, if you had a clue you'd know that AIDS isn't transmitted by saliva. So having separate water fountains is offensive and achieves nothing. From a public safety issue, you have nothing to fear unless you're having sex with a gay man who is HIV positive. Casual contact simply isn't going to do a thing.
Never mind that gays could use the straight fountain without your knowledge. It isn't like the black-white type of thing in the bad ole days.

It was the One - Ronald Reagan - who shut down mental institutions, because they were costing taxpayers too much money. Also because government isn't the solution, government is the problem.

I don't think HIV is easily transmitted by saliva. At any rate, there are a lot of heterosexual people who are HIV positive, and a lot of gay people who aren't. In other words, gay =/= AIDS.
And if they did have private bathrooms for gay people, you'd be whining that they're having all sorts of gay sex in there.

HIV does not transmit through saliva, you cannot contract it through spit. Even if it could, it needs to enter you system somehow, and the pores of your skin just aren't suitable.
I don't know what kind of public places you visit where bathroom stalls are that messed up, but I believe it says more about you than any real gay person.
