The hollow point bullets or dum dum bullets are less penetrative and, thus, disintegrate themselves in the body of the target, causing wounds more difficult to heal.

It's the reason why their use is forbidden during war.

This seems like an awful lot of bullets to me, but then I am English.

The reason law enforcement agencies use hollow point rounds is that they use up their energy on the target, rather than going straight through and hitting God knows who or what else.

They've no legitimate criticisms to level at him, and they know it. So instead, they resort to kindergarten-esque name calling*. They might find legitimate reasons to criticise the president, if they could get past the fantasy issue nonsense (birtherism, FEMA paranoia..) but that's not likely to happen now, is it?

*Which suits their intellectual level, anyway.

I have a different theory. They do levvy criticisms against him all the time- of course, it's all absolute horseshit, but they don't care, because they think that they are entitled to their own facts. Take the Romney welfare lie, for example. Or his entire campaign, really.

So they have no dearth of things to accuse Obama of, clearly. They are literally only limited by their own imaginations in that regard.

No, I believe that the idiotic and extremely commonplace nicknames, "Obummer," "Obamination," "NObama," "Obongo," what have you, are all just symptoms of their extremely juvenile political structure. To be blunt, they're idiots with idiotic leadership and idiotic ideology, which is looking more and more like a religion. The name-calling is just the kind of thing those kinds of people do.

I would assume so. Unfortunately with wingnuts like this, even if Obama wins in a landslide they'll call it "stealing the election." Look at the 2008 election. They were claiming that Obama stole the election by signing up fake voters via ACORN and having dead people in Chicago vote, even though he won the election in a vast landslide and if any voter fraud occurred it was likely to have no effect on the outcome.

Because every DHS member is required to recertify their ability to use a firearm every 3 months, and that means live-fire testing with 3 practice rounds beforehand... which works out at around ~200 rounds per member every 3 months.

Doesn't sound like much? 240,000 members... ~200 rounds a time... 4 times a year assuming no-one fails it and has to retake it... 192 million rounds used for just that per year.

But it gets better... the DHS runs
