Savage Susie being a Savage again. Nothing to see here.
9/7/2012 4:01:54 AM
Yawn. Whatever. Left of what, anyway?
(The Pink Swastika is bullshit, as I'm sure you all know. Most of the alleged evidence is actually taken from black propaganda stories put about by the Allies in WW2).
9/7/2012 4:10:55 AM
I don't know, susie. It couldn't be because that book is chock-full of bovine excrement, and its author has been shown to be less than truthful on many occasions, could it?
"Leftist. You keep using that word. I do not think it means what you think it means..."
9/7/2012 4:11:52 AM
"Leftism is pure evil and can NEVER stand the Truth.!
Yes! Only a retarded extremist with mental illness can save the people. Hint! Hint! Go for it savagesusie! Froth on brother!

Odd how the conservatives never have any solutions or answers for the nation's ills; just rabid rhetoric and teeth-gnashing.
9/7/2012 4:26:43 AM
I've checked his references--I agree with them, too, therefore they're true.
"I also had read “Leftist Revisited:From De Sade and Marx to Hitler and Pol Pot” and understand all Leftist movements-—and their Fascist methodology."
I know all about leftists (and Hitler) and the far right methods they use?
9/7/2012 4:34:04 AM
The Leftists HATE this book [The Pink Swastika].
Probably because it's filled with obvious lies.
just like when they tried to twist what Dan Cathy actually said.
People aren't protesting what Dan Cathy said. They're protesting what he does (giving funds to groups that promote the death penalty for gay people in Uganda).
understand all Leftist movements-—and their Fascist methodology.
Look up the characteristics of fascist regimes and compare them to the beliefs and actions of the two major political parties in the U.S. One of them fits almost perfectly. I'll give you a hint, it rhymes with "mepublican."

"The whole GAME of the Leftist movement is to control ALL the THOUGHTS of the masses . . ."
While the freeper banhammering of any opinion that is even slightly politically incorrect is totally in line with freedom and liberty.

Susie always seems to namedrop a lot of important people (like BF Skinner) and yet somehow at no point during her learning about these people has she ever figured out that everything she says is completely wrong.
9/7/2012 5:33:13 AM
This was a tough one, I was nearly 2/3 of the way through reading this quote before figuring out it was SavageSusie.
9/7/2012 6:11:49 AM
The Leftists HATE this book [The Pink Swastika].
That's because it's a pack of lies with no redeeming features.
I also had read “Leftist Revisited:From De Sade and Marx to Hitler and Pol Pot” and understand all Leftist movements-—and their Fascist methodology.
Another pack of lies. Fascism is on the extreme RIGHT. That has always been the case until a bunch of conservatives decided to rewrite the political spectrum so they could blame everything on the left.
Also, Skinner's discovery of operant conditioning doesn't apply to the media.

Stating facts is not propaganda and denouncing a nutty book is not some kind of communist censorship. I kind of wish fundies DID live in an actual communist government. That way they would shut up once they got back to the US. I swear, some people here are so far removed from any oppression or hardship that they think stubbing their toe is a form of torture. I'm glad that I live in a country where life is that easy but at least I am grateful for it and don't whine like a 2 year old when everything doesn't go my way or compare every inconvenience or differing opinion to Hitler or Stalin. I'd like to see these ungrateful bastards get deported to Saudi Arabia or some other repressive regime just so they can see how good they had it.

Apart from everything else, there is no monolithic entity called "The Left", just a broad spectrum of opinion with certain ideas in common.
SS is using a very broad umbrella and just placing everyone she doesn't like underneath it, including people who would have tried to kill each other if they had met in real life.
I wonder if SS has ever tried to read some actual socialist books? Or does she just prefer to read books about imaginary enemies by reactionaries?
And all this stuff about TV and controlling the thoughts of the masses.. I think you need to be more concerned about what your kids are actually exposed to: Endless advertising and consumerism. I've watched the American networks and there's precious little Marxism on offer, and a whole lot of advertising.

The Crimson Ghost
This is a new level of crazy, even for susie.
Perhaps susie has finally gone off the deep end.
9/7/2012 7:20:17 AM
More meds for Susie.
9/7/2012 7:23:16 AM
"They put in articles filled with lies and negative biases, just like when they tried to twist what Dan Cathy actually said"
No, they try to put only facts in their articles.
9/7/2012 7:48:25 AM
Ah yes, that famous leftist Hitler. But nice to hear from you again Susie. It's been too long.
9/7/2012 7:52:52 AM
Susie, I've heard Alex Jones talk about that book on his show. When Jones speaks positively about something, then you can be SURE it's bullshit.
9/7/2012 8:16:50 AM
Fascist..leftists? Tell me more. I love learning about mythological creatures.

Rabbit of Caerbannog
It's always fun to read Susie vomit out paragraphs about Mao, Marx, Barney Frank, The Pink Swastika, gay Nazis, B.F. Skinner, Oliver Wendall Holmes, Pol Pot, Ancient Greece, bacha bazi, the Weimar Republic, etc. etc. It's like mad libs if they were designed by a schizo.
9/7/2012 9:37:20 AM
You wouldn't believe how much contempt I have for braindead little you.
9/7/2012 10:00:13 AM
> The whole GAME of the Leftist movement is to control ALL the THOUGHTS of the masses
And there was me thinking that encouraging people to read books like Rights Of Man or Mutual Aid were good things.

When I read the Wikipedia article, I don't see Lively being criticised. His scholarship, well thats a different matter:
Erik N. Jensen regards the authors' linkage of homosexuality and Nazism as the recurrence of a "pernicious myth", originating in 1930s attacks on Nazism by Socialists and Communists and "long since dispelled" by "serious scholarship". Jensen sees the book as coming about in "the aftermath of an Oregon measure to repeal gay rights". Dorthe Seifert cites it as a response to increasing awareness of Nazi persecution of homosexuals. Christine L. Mueller argues that the historical record does not support Abrams' assertions. Bob Moser, writing for the Southern Poverty Law Center, says the book was promoted by anti-gay groups and that historians agree its premise is "utterly false".
Jonathan Zimmerman, a historian at New York University, wrote the claim that gay people helped bring Nazism to Germany "is a flat-out lie." Zimmerman, points out that "Between 1933 and 1945, the Nazis arrested roughly 100,000 men as homosexuals. Most convicted gays were sent to prison; between 5,000 and 15,000 were interned in concentration camps, where they wore pink triangles to signify their supposed crime." He further notes, "To win their release from the camps, some gays were forced to undergo castration. Others were mutilated or murdered in so-called medical experiments by Nazi doctors, who insisted that homosexuality was a disease that could be 'cured'." In addition, "Hitler authorized an edict in 1941 prescribing the death penalty—yes, the death penalty—for SS and police members found guilty of gay activity."
