I think you'll find that people are generally able to tell the difference between men and women whether or not they wear pants. But, we know it is certainly true that nonexistent gods, particularly Bible God, have no idea whatsoever. Perhaps men and women in pants are as invisible to Him as He, in all His glorious and nebulous nudity, is to men and women. Maybe Bible God needs to wear a skirt, or pants, or maybe just a loin-cloth? Sorry, didn't mean to frighten anyone.

With 99.99999% of people you see on the street, it's pretty obvious which gender they are, and even if you happen to cross the path of someone so androgynous that you genuinely can't be sure of his/her gender, it still doesn't matter. To quote the wisdom of Commander Badass :
