Knowledge empowers. By all means let people be informed about all sexual matters. Such knowledge gives people the proper basis to make decisions about their own lives, and enables them to come to some kind of understanding about the way others live their lives.
To deny information means that there is an agenda at work that is seeking to control. Most likely it's one religion or another.
Why is it that religions always want others to do as they (the religions) insist? What is to be gained by it? Power, influence and money. that's what most religions reduce to.
Someone, unless you are a priest, preacher, pastor or pope, you are no-one.

perhaps the NYC classes discuss sheepgut condoms and they want to mention latex or whatever they make them from now. Birth control pills have changed amd you CAN get pregnant the first time you have sex.
I doubt they will add the benefits of sheep vs poodles , bomdage . sado masochism or water sports.
