I used to live in Baltimore ( still do but in the county now) and when your in a poor neighborhood race doesn't matter crime rate are the same in white/ black neighborhoods. So I'm with doubting thomas, any of my old neighbors would make this guy shit himself if they got within 100 feet him.

Also, I love how confusing it can get for people defining 'white' for purposes. They did it as White, but since some Asians are white they got a pass on the laws. So they changed it to Caucasian. Oh wait, the ARYANS are in INDIA from the CAUCUSES. So Indians got a pass for a while.

And this is not even talking about older "Dirty White" Irish and Italians.

If that's true why have most black people never committed a rape or murder? Less than 1% of black people have ever raped or murdered anyone. There are less than 6,000 black people in jail for murder (and murders with black offenders are more likely to be solved, particularly if the victim is white) and less than 10,000 black people in jail for rape.
