Listen you stupid little shit...
With males, they basically just go snip snip to the balls. Very little work goes into it, and the need for pain meds is minimal.
For FEMALE cats, they actually have to cut the cat open and the recovery time is much longer, hence why it is so much more expensive. Obama has diddly fuck all to do with it!
