If Clifford Russell doesn't want to pay for "welfare bastards and other leeches", here's an idea that doesn't involve killing ANYBODY: Simply pass out contraceptives for free and encourage their use. I'm sure the ratio between the monthly cost of contraceptives vs the monthly cost of supporting a welfare child is extremely favourable to contraceptives.
But I'll bet that fucking psycho never thought of that simply because it is not within his range of programmed responses.
