Okay...I know all of this is bogus, but I can understand how a lay-person might buy into most of those recommendations. The only one I don't understand is the milk. I mean, I've heard some crazy alleged causes for cancer but milk is not one of them. Does anyone have a clue about that one?

Don't cook foods in the microwave.

Why not? Microwave radiation is radio frequency radiation, not the same as nuclear radiation. Even though people commonly refer to "nuking" something in the microwave, the actual radiation is made of radio waves at very high frequencies which excites water molecules in the food. Once the microwave is turned off, the RF radiation goes away. Basically a microwave oven is just a radio transmitter which directs the signal into the food.

Eliminate exposure to electromagnetic frequencies such as from cell phones, by wearing devices like the EP2 pendant.

Good luck getting rid of RF exposure, since we have radio waves traveling all around and through us on a daily basis, not to mention EM fields from electronic equipment. Wearing some pendant isn't going to shield you from EM or RF fields. You would have to totally wrap yourself in aluminum foil and then ground it, or else totally line the walls and ceilings of your house with grounded metal screening and get rid of any and all electronic devices inside.

And studies have shown that there is no correlation between cell phone usage and cancer. The signal a typical cell phone puts out is very, very low, typically less than a watt. They also operate in the 800 MHZ range which has longer wavelength than microwaves.

The fact that this quack doesn't even understand how electromagnetic or radio frequency fields work really casts doubt on everything else he's claiming, too. Though he does have a good idea about staying away from artificial sweeteners and HFCS.
