And unless your 'Jesus' actually exists at that point in time, and is the admin of that forum, then as far as you're concerned, the phrase 'Mods are GODS' [/4chan] exists for a reason.
Is your J-admin banning these mods? What's that, you say? he's not...? Well then. That only conclusively proves that your so-called 'Jesus' doesn't exist, and you have to obey said forum rules/ToS regardless.
