No, it's mentioned twice - once where it's put on the same level of evil as eating shellfish and once where Paul includes it in a long list of stuff you're not supposed to do and then goes on to say that everyone does one of these things so no-one has any right to judge anyone else who does.

I've also read arguments that the Bible is for homosexuality since Jesus issued some (And even contradicted by other gospels) removals of the bans.

But viewing benevolent higher powers through the lens of the Iron Age is not wise. Would have been wise in the middle ages for Europe to listen to their holy bible. Nowadays? Not so much. Basically gone past it from being benevolent to being the last refuge of bigotry.

Pro-Tip: When your benevolent God starts seeming more like a malevolent tyrant, your doing it wrong.
