There will be plenty of other nutbaggy things to comment on in this one, so I'll take a slightly less obvious one, perhaps: conflating the ideological left (Marxism) with the left of american politics (Democrats, which are clearly right-wing in European terms, for instance) is just the kind of navel-gazing idiotic dogmatism that makes the rest of your point so unbelievably moot.

There's that many dead because before the 1800s, that would have probably been 50% of the population, even at the 1800s that would have been 20% of the population.

7 Billion reached despite losing 200 million dead, sadly, is a drop in the bucket. Proportionately.

Actually, in Genesis, God agreed with the serpent:

"And the LORD God said, Behold, the man is become as one of us, to know good and evil: and now, lest he put forth his hand, and take also of the tree of life, and eat, and live for ever: Therefore the LORD God sent him forth from the garden of Eden, to till the ground from whence he was taken." (Gen. 3:22-23)

Two hundred million dead, killed by "the left"? How many, in that case, were killed by the right? How many continue to be killed by the right, as we speak? How many were killed by the right in the centuries before the last?
We can't lay these deaths at the door of "the left". That just isn't accurate. We have to lay them at the door of authoritarianism itself, hierarchy itself, the state itself.
